Q: if you fall between sizes is it better to go up or down? I'm 5'1" 150 lbs and want to avoid rolldown.

I am 5"2" and 135 I find that size C/D works really well because the top is so stretchy you don't have to stretch it all the way up so there is a lot of stretch left. It is still very comfortable even with the top not stretched all the way up. It will not fold over.
