The only textbook I’ve ever enjoyed reading honestly… gets to the point, not much fluff. Great storytelling that is relevant and keeps you engaged.The 10 commitments explored (and more) are very well framed, backed by relevant and insightful research. It has definitely had a positive impact on me. Reccomended to anyone looking to be a better leader or improve themselves and their relationships!
