It has 3 color bands on each side25,35,40 lbs resistance each. So a.together it's 200lbs resistance..You can order bands from.the company if u need to replace any

Q: Can this be Wall mounted?

Yes, you can if you have to. You could use 2x4s cut to the width of an average door and mount them on a wall the length of an average door. But you have to put spacers between the 2x4s and the wall so the attaching hooks have something to grab on to. Be sure to use a level to get the 2x4s level and square to each other so it works smoothly. If you are asking because you may be afraid of damaging the door. don't worry it doesn't. I've had mine set for several years ago and there are no marks on the door. If you want you can put pieces of tape on the inside of the hooks to be sure. Good luck!

Q: Does it work on all doors? Anyone have it damage your door?

It should work on all 8' and 9' doors. I have it on my 8' bathroom door. I do not see any damage to my door. It does have padding where it does anchor to the top and bottom of the door and round stoppers on part of it. You can always add padding to it if you feel you need to. I highly recommend this for a good overall work out. You won't get body builder buff but it does keep you in shape.
