Had a keratin treatment at a salon in NYC. Paid more than twice the amount for the shampoo at the salon than my purchase from Amazon. Smells great, keeps hair nice and straight.

Excellent shampoo! My hair stays cleaner longer and seems to be fuller.

I find the shampoo a little drying.

Very disappointed with this shampoo and feel like I fell for a gimmick. The shampoo itself smells nice and cleans well BUT does not do what it says it should. I have not noticed any difference and when I showed it to my dermatologist she said it did not have anything special to it except for the ridiculous price. Unfortunately, I feel like vulnerable people will hear things like follicle strengthening and debris removing and will jump on this product only to be disappointed.

I'll be leaving the same review for all products in this hair care system as it applies to everything. I used all three products together and as recommended by the manufacturer.To start, my hair is of medium thickness but it's long and very straight so it tends to lie pretty flat. I wanted to see if I could get more volume and thicker hair from the product. I also shed very little normally. The first week I started using this system I did notice that my hair seemed more voluminous. So far so good, but then my scalp started to itch and my hair became very dry. Still, my hair did look like it had more volume so I added a leave in conditioner to soften my hair. While my hair was no longer straw my scalp continued to feel dry and was itchy. I was also noticing more hair coming out while showering, combing, or even running my hands through my hair to massage product in. This was around the end of week 2. I probably should've stopped there but I wanted to keep going since the other reviews on the product seemed very good. So I continued and even more of my hair was coming out daily in the handfuls. I finally discontinued using the product at the end of week 4 when I put my hair up in a ponytail and noticed how thin the tail was and, to make matters worse, noticeable BALDING spots.I don't know if there's an issue with my body just not liking whatever ingredients are in the product, but I do know it did not work for me and made my hair and scalp very unhealthy. When I started using my normal shampoo and conditioner again my hair went back to it's usual softness and shedding went back to normal immediately. Now I have to deal with having thin hair and am unable to put it up in any way without showing bald spots.

Hair appears thicker. Smell is good.
