This neck wrap is amazing! I have two herniated disks in my neck after a car accident. This causes neck pain, headaches and radiating arm & shoulder pain due to nerve impingement. I have been living with a lot of nerve pain in the weeks since the accident. Chiropractic treatment helps somewhat, but the pain is bad at night. I have been using this neck wrap since yesterday and let me tell you the relief is palpable. This is helping with the neck bone pain as well as the radiating nerve pain and the headaches. There is a good amount of heat on high and it feels like it really penetrates the injured area. I also tried it on my lower back and shoulder and this little thing is great for targeted areas. If only I could give it more than five stars. I have been through some heating pads with a previous thoracic injury, but I was not able to find one that adequately targeted the neck without securing the pad somehow. Until now! This heating pad is so convenient. You just plug it in and put it on with the easy magnet closure. An added bonus is you can also use a portable power bank to power the neck wrap; it comes with a USB cord. This is great because I can plug in into my power bank and wear the wrap anytime anywhere with no outlet needed for ultimate portability. It has three heat settings and the shut-off timer is very helpful. Great product; it was worth every penny. Buy it!

UPDATE: 2-3-23: although I don't feel comfortable enough to give the neck heating device 5☆s I have eased it to 4☆s... it has stood up w almost daily use, stayed at a consistent level of functions.I recently developed a serious muscle strain in my knee, I had a bright idea to pull out the neck hearing device -- it soothes and eases the muscle pains.I have Cervical Dystonia and along with that comes constant pain: 25/7+!I use this heat pad at the worst times. It heats up pretty fast, I use a 2400mAh power bank and I get 3+ hours before it drains the power bank.I 've got a trunk full of massagers, vibrators, cooling gadgets that have ALL been useless. This neck heating pad has been a saver for the time it works, I hope the build/ materials hold up for at least a year.

Arris is a brand that I have had good luck with in the past; quality products. With so many different heated neck wraps to choose from, I chose a brand that I trust. The price is great as well. The wrap heats up pretty quickly. I plug mine into my monitor while I am working. It is soothing pain relief. The material is soft and silky, just like the handy carrying bag. It comes with instructions and is pretty simple to use with 3 temperature settings and 3 time settings. It’s pretty light, which I like. If I want more weight I can always put a scarf over it. This is exactly what I was looking for to warm/relax my neck area, and relieve pain that can trigger migraines.

Potentially great little heating pad.It’s soft, small, portable and super convenient, provides adequate warmth, and will run off a car adapter or portable battery bank. The magnetic clasp is strong and it won’t fall off.BUT, the button to turn it on has been a bit difficult since we got it. It usually requires multiple presses for it to register a button press. Also, after a couple of days something went wrong and even on the lowest setting it began to burn the neck so that we had to put a napkin or something between it and the skin. It’s like it just kept getting hotter and hotter.I wanted to love this product, but causing burns on the skin just isn’t going to do it for me.

This is good and bad it is a good item because it does heat up and feels good when I have a sore neck. I don't like the magnet closure since the magnets aren't very strong and too easily opened I would rather habe a unit which is rechargeable rather than plug in but for the price it isn't terrible. It can get very hit so caution is key. Don't allow kids or seniors to use without supervision and even then I am sure the hottest selection can cause problems. It got very hot when I first tried it out and I learned quickly to be careful when using.

I love this neck warmer so much, I have purchased two! The various heat settings are all great and it works great! I also love it for traveling, really helps sooth the neck during long airplane rides. I highly recommend this product! :)

I was pleasantly surprised how good this neck wrap is. I bought it because of the reviews and was not disappointed. The magnetic clasps hold very well and the heating is great. It covers most of the back of the neck, but not around the sides. However, if you need it on the side of your neck, it would be very easy to use it on the side of your neck also. The wrap is pretty soft and, compared to most I have seen, it conforms to the shape/contours of your neck better pretty well. I also like that I can wear a turtle neck with this underneath and it is still comfortable. The silky material is very pleasant on my neck. I like the ability to make it warmer than most of the other heated neck wraps allow for. A low heat relaxes my neck, but I have a lot of pain and the higher heat makes a difference. One nice feature that's not advertised or mentioned in reviews is that you can turn it upside down and then it heats the top of your neck where it meets your head, and it remains comfortable. The magnetic clasps do a good job keeping it in place so it doesn't move around or slip. I'm six foot three inches so I'm a little taller than some people. On me, it covers about three quarters of the length of the back of my neck. Maybe a little more. I imagine for people who are shorter, this could cover the entire back of the neck. The quality is very good. Its much better than the Velcro types which, as some reviewers mentioned for other products, can feel like they are choking you. I recommend this very highly to anyone who can benefit from putting heat on their neck. This wrap is exactly as advertised and it really is great!

This was really great, for three days. Then it just wouldn't turn on at all. Tried different usb plugs, different rooms, it just gave up. #Quitter!
