perfectly adequate
It fits fine. It's not the same style that I had this is curved which is a little odd to hold. It's a bit light (less plastic?) and might eventually break. But it should be fine for 3-5 years. I can't find any weak points or manufacturing defects.If like me you want to buy a different handle (or hose) know that Miele makes several different hose attachment types. They are not compatible with each other. I don't know of a good way to verify compatibility other than buying a part that lists your exact model. That said, it's possible, with a lot of cross-referencing parts and combining all of their stated compatible models

Perfect fit
I'm so happy that I ordered this part. I have been putting it off for a while, because I didn't realize how easy it was to find the right part, and install it. The install was less than 30 seconds, just a quick swap. We have a Miele C1.
