Arrived very fast, within 4 days to the UK, very easy to assemble as it came part assembled, and took about 30 minutes after I laid the pieces out, taking my time and not rushing. The machine is a lot smaller one than gym models, but at 5ft 4ins it suits me just fine, I get a good workout, and it does not disturb my family as nice and quiet.

Great product, but compact is the operative word. Anyone over 5'6 might find it too small, at 5'8 the handles are too close to the chest, and your knees are at risk of hitting the bars, taller than that, and bruised knees are pretty much a given.That said, easy to assemble,works fine, and is super quiet in use.

I had a problem with the resistance after we had set up the trainer and contacted the seller. They were very helpful and asked us to take it apart and see if the resistance wire was creased. They offered us £35 for inconvenience, which I didn’t accept until we found out if it would work. They have already sent it within 24 hours.After a bit of a fiddle the two of us only had to detach the front nuts and the pedal nuts and it was indeed the sensor wire so this must be a problem that happens. We sorted it and the machine is working well now. So be very careful when putting it together, although we thought we had been.Very smooth action and sturdy and I’m going to enjoy getting fit again!I would really recommend this company as they are very responsive to questions. May take time due to the time difference so be patient as they will get back. I would recommend a mat underneath it.

The elliptical cross trainer was well packed in a box, no damage at all. Delivery was quicker than I expected (around 4-5 days). Fairly easy to assemble but always good to have an extra pair of hands to help. I’m 5’5 and use this compact size cross trainer for home workout, have no problem at all.

The media could not be loaded. Great product with amazing durability. I ordered this cross trainer for my husband and myself as a new year present. It’s very sturdy and quality is amazing too. The best bit has to be that it is almost silent in use.

The construction of this item took a substantial amount of time unlike the video online. However, once constructed I have had no issues, it is a cross trainer it does exactly what it states and is now an integral member of my work out equipment. It only gets 4 stars because of the construction nightmare.
