Q: how many cups in a bag?

It’s a 26 oz bag , smaller pieces do probably 4-5 cups. I use it to sprinkle on top of the kibble as an incentive to eat everything. Mix it in. I also use the large Primal chunks for the same purpose.

Q: How long does the one lb pack last a 4mth old?

Primal for Puppies or the actual nuggets do not last as long as other dog food, BUT we base it on the actual ingredients —- NO BY PRODUCTS. Have been feeding our Yorkie Primal since we got him @ 13 weeks. He is now 8 mos. We occasionally give him a broken up Bar of Salmon which he ‘scarfs up’ & cries for more. It’s probably too rich for him @ 8 mos. Depends on the size of your puppy too. The package has a guide for feeding dependent on weight. Fromm dog food was suggested as an alternative by a Breeder.
