Within 24 hours, they responded to my request and sent the missing part via expedited delivery, which arrived very quickly. This level of service definitely made up for the initial issue.Assembly was straightforward, though it does take some time, especially if you're doing it alone. The instructions were clear, and the parts fit well together. Once assembled, the bed feels solid, and the wooden slats provide great support without needing a box spring.I would definitely recommend this bed frame to anyone looking for an affordable and stylish option with storage. My Granddaughter loves her new bed. Fits perfectly in her room and makes her feel all grownup. The color is great and matches everything is her room. Great value.. Installation wasn't too bad.. if you know what our doing!! Seems prety solid.. and hopefully will last thru Middle & High School!

This is my second purchase of cot and quite happy for my daughter's new room. Product is as described in website and looks very elegant and class. It was easy to install, and direction were easy to follow.

I love my new frame!! It was very easy to put together even though I haven’t added the drawers yet ( I got sleepy). Overall the frame is of good quality and pretty sturdy. No noise detected so far. The height is perfect for me. Great buy!!

This bed is perfect! It’s not too bulky, the pink fabric is so soft and the cutest color. It was SO easy to put together and it’s extremely sturdy. There’s no creaking of the boards or wobbling of the bed frame. The headboard is adjustable based on mattress thickness which is a great quality. The drawer under the bed is amazing as you can hardly tell it’s there, and it holds extra blankets. It is a little on the smaller side but still a perfect add on to this bed. Highly recommend!

easy to assemble!drawers are not assembled onto the bed, it’s separate from the frame, so when you take it out/push it in it’s not always aligned to the frame. usually a drawer rolls out and in IN place, but this doesn’t.love the color (same as image), size, and it’s sturdy.
