This item was used in a recipe for making Dubai Chocolate covered Brownies - and worked beautifully. The are odorless and all the fillo dough requires is a slight browning in a buttered pan and can be added to any recipe.

About 4 ounces less than it should be
Product arrived in a timely manner but I immediately weighed this item after removing it from the box since it looked and felt lighter than it should be.13.65 ounces and 13.8 on two different scales but still no where near the 17.6 ounces the package claims to be. Disappointing.UPDATE: I needed this product for a recipe the day I received it. The product itself was FANTASTIC!Also, this company’s customer service was prompt, courteous and very easy to work with.I would rate the whole experience at 4 stars. My review has been changed to reflect that.
