Haven’t used it yet but looks ok ,when it arrived one of the brakes was stuck on but son managed to release it .hope it doesn’t lock again.

Very sturdy . Better than I expected . Easy to use , fold , manage etc . Really pleased with it except the brakes aren’t brilliant on it .It’s light & very adjustable though

won't help send a courier to collect for a disabled person and the handle bar on one side is quiet loose on fitting item. Disgraceful

I didn't feel comfortable using this as the hands grips didn't go low enough for me even though it said it was suitable for someone my size. Also the brakes felt flimsy and didn't lock very well and then didn't pop back up again on release. The plastic used was cheap and hard even on the wheels. A very disappointing item. Returned. Trying to return this item has proved impossible. I have waited in for four days now and and again today...4th February: the item has finally been collected.

If you have balance problems get a 4 wheeled walker for outdoors ,these are OK for smooth floors but dangerous for anywhere which has uneven surfaces like pavements, I almost fell a few times when I used it
