Been bodybuilding for over 30 years. These straps are perfect, they are thick, strong and the pad is the best. I have old scars on my wrist from old staps. Not anymore. I've used and ripped all other brands. These are the best out there.

After wearing them a few times, I think they are some of the most comfortable and high quality lifting straps around. I actually like them better compared to figure 8 lifting straps because if you absolutely have to drop the barbell in an emergency, you can. They grip the barbell really well, even after almost a year of use. Price point is also excellent.

I like em. The padding for the wrist is just enough to provide enough comfort without getting in the way. Also the fabric for the actual strap is rough enough to grip itself while lifting.I am not a very experienced lifter (325lbs deadlift), but this allowed me to increase the weight used, and focus on the posterior chain rather than my grip strength.All in all, good product, and I would recommend them!

It's symmetry is such that when using it, the extra strap that rolls around bar is in the same direction for left and right hands(both roll to the right). It should be like a mirror image. So that the rolls go such that it feels the same in both "hands", which are mirror image.
