Honestly one of the best books I’ve even had. If you are dealing with any kind of trauma, this book will help you through

I had high expectations for this, but unfortunately, it really disappointed me. Not only was the content unhelpful and lacking any real value, but the item also arrived broken, which just added to the frustration. Definitely not worth the price or the hype.
