My suggesting is to use gloves when you put this lotion on, because it will dry your hands really quickly and I don't have sweaty hands. Don't just use it on the bottom of your feet. Use it between the toes, even on the top of your feet, wherever you feel itchy. I do give my feet a break on weekends if I'm not going out, but then I need it even more when I start back. When you start using this, clean the insides of your shoes (or buy new ones like I did) so that any previous bacteria won't have a way to come back. Also, if you buy them on the company website, you get a little more of a discount than on Amazon, so I buy there now.
