Use it between the toes, even on the top of your feet, wherever you feel itchy. I do give my feet a break on weekends if I'm not going out, but then I need it even more when I start back. When you start using this, clean the insides of your shoes (or buy new ones like I did) so that any previous bacteria won't have a way to come back.
