Didn't realize 18v is no longer supported by DeWalt. (20v convertor not worth it to save versus new ) Found these and figured it was worth a shot even if they didn't work as the ones I had were dead. So far great. Been doing demo work and have had no issues so far with charge/power. Used. A month so far, but some long days.

They work well. Tight fit in charger but they fit

So far, it seems to hold charge and produce good power. It fits the drill most adequately and also does, with acceptable minor effort, fit the charger.

Crappy do not buy. After I did a complete discharge I charged both batteries up. They lasted a few minutes then graveyard dead. Definitely poor quality as others have reviewed. One of the locking clips popped off. I purchased 4 batteries and a charger at the same time. I've had purchased other batteries off Amazon that are knock off Dewalt it's hit and miss. Just Dewalt isn't offering the OG 18v batteries unless you get a 20v adapter. These batteries are lame!

Am not sure what went wrong but they do not fit my charger... is a metal tab that sticks above the plastic and my original batteries do not have this.. not sure if sent the wrong ones or what happened as i cross referenced everything because i did not want to get the wrong ones and have issues..not sure if the opening is the issue like mentioned in another post.. as everything else looks and feels the same.. perhaps the sellers will reach out to me.

They work well on my old dewalt drill. So far so good.

So far, I am fairly impressed with these lower cost alternatives to pricey Dewalt batteries. I own a lot of Dewalt tools and it's nice to have extra batteries for them. Just as other reviewers have stated, these have a slight design flaw which makes them difficult to remove from the charger. Other than that, I am happy with them.

I’ve had bad luck with non-dewalt batteries over the years. One thing I’ve noticed with non-NiCad batteries is that they discharge when stored and if allowed to drain completely become paperweights. These have been good for me so far. I purposely stored them for a couple months (fully charged) to see what happens. No issue at all. Still able to run tools, but I charged them up just because and ran them all the way down. I’ve used them a bunch now and they’ve been great. For some reason, none of these non-NiCad batteries have the oomph of the og batteries. Despite that, they do work very well and sure beat buying all new tools (cheaper than new Li-Ion batteries, chargers and adaptors when on sale). Anyway, these work out well and the price is great.
