I got this device to try something new with my daily breathing practices. I, typically, use Andrew Weil's 4-7-8 (in-hold-out) breathe work technique, but always feel that the 8 count is not enough to exhale. Using this device has allowed me to really slow down my counts and keep a more steady exhale with a little resistance. It has only been a few weeks, so I am not sure this device is really doing anything or not, but either way, I feel that it is making me more aware of my breathing. The device is really easy to clean and very clearly has excellent quality silicone.

I got this breathing trainer because I suffered carbon monoxide poisoning and need help getting my lungs stronger and this trainer has worked my lungs harder than any one of those hospital breath trainers ever has. It is so small and easily portable that you can drop it in your pocket. It is super easy to use, all you do is turn the knob on the back to the proper setting for you and start using it. It worked my lungs effectively without making me think I was dying, which led to rapid advancements in my breathing strength.

This breathing trainer works as it should, put it in your mouth, adjust the dial to change resistance on your breathing. It takes a bit to get used to having something in your mouth when exericising, it is like having a mouthguard in. Though I'm not sure how to use this to it's best, because I was always taught to breathe in from nose and breathe out with mouth. Sometimes I end up spitting the whole thing out because I'm taking a big breath out, guess I need to practice more with it.

I've been working on stamina training and this really brings things to the next level. You place this comfortable device in your mouth and it restricts your breathe. You can adjust the breathing difficulty making it a really customized experience. The product is easy to use and seems like perfectly safe quality materials. I've seen notable difference in my ability to breathe solely through my nose since I've been training with this.
