The Gorlion Organic Hard White Wheat Berries are fantastic! The quality is top-notch—plump, clean, and consistent grains that mill beautifully into fresh flour. I've used them so far for making whole grain bread, and it was as easy as grinding spices, really!What sets these apart is the freshness—you can really taste the difference compared to store-bought flours. They have a naturally sweet, nutty flavor that takes baked goods to the next level. Knowing they're certified organic adds peace of mind, too. I was not aware that regular flour has had 2 of the 3 parts of the wheat berry removed, taking out most of the vitamins. There are a lot of great recipes for using it, and no weevils or insect parts from a factory!If you're into baking or just looking for a wholesome, versatile ingredient, these wheat berries are perfect. Great taste and easy to grind
I made a couple delicious honey wheat loaves. The family loved it. I used my Vitamix dry container to grind a couple cups at a time. It made a beautiful flour.

Best wheat berries yet
I have been purchasing wheat berries from another seller and milling them with a Mockmill, but I have not had much luck. My flour is always coarse and chunky, and the bread comes out dense. These hard white wheat berries ground into a fantastic, soft flour! I ran them through on course, then again on the finest setting, and couldn't believe the difference. The fresh flour was soft, fluffy and perfect. Baked in a bread machine, my bread came out fluffy, soft, and delicious. I will purchase it again! If you mill your flour, definitely give these wheat berries a try.
