Gentle on skin.
Melted on my skin when i started rolling on my face, removes makeup easily and no messy feeling than cleansing oils and smells great! Recommended.

Great packaging
Love the packaging. The smell is not so good. Cleansing experience is okay, not as good as others I’ve tried. Does not remove regular mascara very well at all.

I decided to give this balm a try and was blown away with how well it worked! Typically I use an oil cleanser because balms are typically a bit too thick and leave a film on my face after washing off but this balm honestly removed my makeup and made my face feel the perfect amount of clean! It didn't dry my skin out or make it feel like something left behind afterwards! There is a slight rose scent, but it's so subtle that it didn't bother me at all! My skin feels amazing after using this! :)On the note of the damaged packaging, the box mine came in was slightly dented but the product & product packaging itself was completely undamaged :)

Product does help remove makeup but leaves face really oily. Hard to just clean with water.
