Disney Soft Oogie Boogie Light-Up Headband - Fiberfill Stuffed, Appliqued Details

My daughter decided to make her own costume for Halloween of Oogie Boogie. She wore a green shirt and green tutu along with this headband. Once the sun goes down, you can turn on the battery pack (hidden under the hat) and it lights up! Not too heavy or uncomfortable as my daughter wore it all day at school and then all night to trick or treat. I never pay for shipping since I have prime, but this purchase was worth it!
