I like it!
I use this in a large kiddie pool inside my house for my turtles. It works good and I like that the uv bulb is part of the filter. This is kind of a pain to take apart and clean BUT I don’t have to do it very often so that’s a plus. I put it in a Rubbermaid tub to transfer it outside and spray it out which makes it so much easier and saves a mess.

Pond water is now crystal clear
This UV filter cleared up my pond in 4 or 5 days. I then removed it, cleaned it and put it back in and the pond is now perfectly clear. After years and years of trying to manage algae with chemicals and barley straw, which never seemed to make any difference, other than killing the fish, very pleased with this device. I've had it for less than a month so the only outstanding question is will it last. Aside from doing it's job well, I like this device because it's truly plug and play. Figure out what you want to do with the outlet pipe (I cut mine short so it's just below the surface and bubbles up so I can visually see that it's on), put it in the pond and plug it in. Simple and effective.

UPDATE: They work now. Stopped working less than 2 months after I bought them
UPDATE: I just looked out the window and one of the filters is working again. I'm assuming the other one is too but I can't see it. Perhaps when I was cleaning them, the plugs got wet and the GFI kicked in. So I'm updating my review. This product worked GREAT at first. I have an old jacuzzi that I use as a pond for a turtle and some goldfish. I bought two filters/UV lights since the pond had turned very green.I cleaned both filters this morning. Plugged them back in and NOTHING. I checked all the electrical connections to try and track down the problem. They all work perfectly.I bought both filters the same day in August 2019. Neither of them work today. VERY DISAPPOINTED. $180 down the drain....

it's about time there's a company out there in that actually does what it says it will do.
I was very much surprised when I got it. How solid it looked and the quality, it appeared to be military grade with the packaging of it. It was securely wrapped... When I put it in the pond I didn't expect it to work so quickly I had accidentally drop one of the plastic pieces and it was hard to find it at the time due to the alge. The pond was filled with green algae attached all over the wall and it was extremely thick so as I looked for the plastic I started scraping the walls off and of course you could not see a half an inch if that through the water within a day and a 1/2, I walked back out there and I couldn't believe my eyes I was shocked the water was crystal clear no more algae "Happy Fish Happy Life" that's the 1st time in years that I have had this pond and put a filter in there and it cleaned it so well the pond itself is about 6' by 2 and a 1/2 feet deep with 2 layer depths and I would buy this over and over and over is a Great product 3 thumbs up everything from the shipping to the quality of the products it's about time there's a company out there in that actually does what it says it will do. The only thing that I was slightly disappointed with is they did not give me Military or law enforcement discount

Talk about False Advertizing!
1) My 100gph pump is the same size and has more output than this "500ghp" unit2) The unit is poorer quality than what you would find at the dollar store. You have to flex the sided to get the clasps to snap to the tray.3) Once you disassemble it you will find that any movement will cause the pieces to become disconnected. Nothing is assembled, all components are placed in the tray held together with hope and prayers.4) in order to remove the filter, you have to completely remove all the fountain piping.I was super excited when I got this unit to replace my tiny 100gph all in one unit. I put it all together, placed it in the pond, that is when the disappointment started. The fountain plume was the same size as my little 100gph unit. I figured this was due to the giant filter. 3 days later, nothing. I took it out of the pond, opened it up and found nothing was glued or screwed together. Every fitting had a 1/16" insertion depth, any flexing of the paper thin plastic tray will cause all the pieces to fall apart without you knowing about it. The other thing I found is that the 500gph pump with no restriction flows less than 265gph.If your looking for an all in one, don't buy it online, go to a store so you can physically inspected it before you buy it.
