Built Like A Tank with Snapdragon Processor
It's built like a tank and it feels solid with a reasonable weight. The Android 11 functionality is fast with the Snapdragon 660 processor.Fingerprint unlock is my favorite function - it just makes life easier. The battery life is good for me and it has plenty of internal memory (128K).It's a great, robust military spec phone for the money.Built Like A Tank with Snapdragon Processor.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! works great
Got this as a backup phone since its a bit old on technology. But is great to use in work and play conditions to keep your expensive phone safe at home while you are out riding and working in extreme conditions. It has decent signal and does everything I need it to. Sound is good. The phone seems made well its heavy built. Battery does well also. Overall pleased.

Good phone for work
This phone is a tank! It feels sturdy, and it is the perfect phone for work. The size is only 5.7 inches, so a bit smaller than the iPhone 16 Pro. The camera is okay quality, not top of the line, but that is not the use case for this phone. I can keep it in my pocket when I work on job sites and not have to worry about it being damaged. The battery life is decent, and it can last me a full day, granted I do not use my phone that much. It is a very simple phone that does the job. Does not have all the bells and whistles of a more expensive phone, but a great value for the price.

DURABLE-technically yes! Won't charge anymore!
After 3 weeks ... wont charge! This was my last attempt to have a cell phone. Still paying off 4 phones thru T-Mobile. We can make it to deep space and the deepest parts of the Marianna Trench, but devices that hold our memories, passwords, money, insurance, identification, door locks, etc. stop charging or break into pieces because while seated it is dropped due to my bilateral neuropathy, vertigo, and other issues. I thought this phone was going to be my savior! My medical issues have no cure. My S48 CAT phone worked so well but since it is 4G with T-Mobiles 5G home internet it doesn't work. This phone is durable except for it not charging-after the issues I tried to go back to my S48...now it won't charge either! I know it has to be me...this is too sad. Hopefully no one else has these issues.

Rugged, heavy, nitty gritty smartphone
This phone really is rugged and heavy duty, with emphasis on "heavy." It's neither thin nor light but really feels like it's made of the same materials as construction grade power tools. I haven't tried any smash tests but I believe it will hold up to many things that ordinary phones won't. The Gorilla glass is some of the best you can get on a smartphone, which also provides reassurance. There is another really cool feature, which is the ability to use the touch screen even when it's wet or you have non-capacitive gloves on. Remember "old touchscreen tech" where you had to really PRESS the screen? It wasn't as accurate as the newer electrosensing kind on most phones... well, I think this phone switches to that kind of touch sensitivity as a backup if it's wet or your hands are gloved (in ordinary, non-touchscreen gloves). So that is AWESOME for construction or other wet/dirty/gloved situations. On the inside... it's OK. The screen is not edge-to-edge and from the front it really looks like any other smartphone that would have been considered good circa 2010-2012, before they started getting really thin and really large-screened at the same time. The resolution is similarly low as well. And the performance speed, even on a fresh phone with basic tasks, just doesn't feel as lightning-fast and smooth as on other modern new phones. As a result, you'll feel like you have an older phone - even to the point where some websites and apps are unable display everything the UI designer wanted you to see on the screen at one time. A bit frustrating if you use lots of different apps, but acceptable if you stick to basic everyday functions.

Excellent work phone
Rugged. Dependable. Uses an older OS, but works well. Lightweight yet sturdy. Love that it takes both SIM and SD cards. Well made. Reasonable price. Average phone size.

Misleading "Unlocked" Phone
The phone itself is sturdy, appears durable, and is easy to set up. It comes with a cable and a charging block, which is a nice touch. However, the claim that it’s “unlocked” is misleading.Despite being advertised as unlocked, I provided the IMEI to both Verizon and AT&T, and neither could activate the phone. It only works on T-Mobile’s network, which is evident from the T-Mobile load screen.A truly unlocked device should work on any compatible network, so advertising it as unlocked is deceptive. Because of this limitation, I have to give it one star. If you’re not on T-Mobile, this phone is effectively useless.
