Bands are good
These bands are getting the job done they’re definitely great for the price doesn’t roll down while using them fits perfectly fine around the legs no discomfort I definitely have a great leg and glute day with these at the gym

Excellent product for CHEAP!
I have been using this type of band in physical therapy during surgery recovery and wanted to have some for home. I was looking for an inexpensive, but found this 3 pack for cheaper than I expected for ONE! Been using it for a few weeks now and it appears to be holding up very well

A little small for me
I wasn't really planning on using these much, more for my wife, butt they do have potential uses. It says men in the title, butt they're not much use to me based on the size and resistance. My wife has used them butt I haven't done any before and after measurement cheeks, I mean checks. I know this is a little tongue and cheek, butt I can't help myself. I'll update it if everything cheeks out.
