AVOID
Absolutely avoid!! Just did not work, the cheap plastic wand dips into compacted powder then your supposed to be able to apply.....well you could if the wand had any powder on it.Managed to get some out by taking the wand out and tapping the jar upside down.....deffo not water proof or smudge proof.Cheap, nasty, ineffective
