I have heard of the benefits of berberine and have been wanting to add it to my supplements. I'm pleased with this. I appreciate that they are GF, GMP, and made in the USA.It takes time to see results from supplements so I will update my review after more use if necessary. 60 at 2x day is a 30 day supply. They are standard capsule size and are easy to swallow.As I don't own a laboratory, I can't attest to the accuracy of their content claims. I also cannot tell you if they work at this time. It has not been long enough and frankly, each supplement will impact each person differently, so what works for me, might not work for you. The dosage is 2 capsules per day and I am taking one in the morning and one in the evening. In the bottle the capsules have an earthy odor but the individual capsules are mostly scent free. I have no difficulties taking/swallowing them and have experienced no negative effects.
