Good quality and easy to adjust. It’s so easy to just use whilst watching TV or reading and it’s comfortable [im using one at home and one in the car] . Basically a good value and good quality product.

I got these for my husband as he broke the one he had previously. They come in a set of two, great as you can train both hands at the same time, and go from 5-60kg. He has quite big hands, and found the handles a bit small, so not the easiest to get a good grip on. The metal spring also makes a strange noise when the tension is higher, which doesn't exactly fill one with confidence when using. Not bad for the price, but we'd probably rather spend a bit more to get something of a higher quality.

The Hand grips were good they do the job rightly ,the only thing that would say is the part of the hand grips that your fingers wrap around is a bit small to try and get all of your fingers around,but otherwise they do the job rightly

These are actually quite good. They are adjustable and good value for the fact you get two units. Would recommend.
