I love it, easy to use comes with good set of cartridges for the face. Used twice and spacing out every month, think I’m seeing results already but apparently after 3 you notice more. So yeh am happy

After having micro needling done a few years ago at a salon, I knew that you need numbing cream, but I didn't see that in the information. I think it will depend on the area you use the pen on.The pack comes with a box of extra needles with various amounts of pins in them.The Dr Pen has 5 adjustable speed settings and depth controls.The pen is easy to use, and the instructions are clear.I've only used it once, so no results as yet as it's too soon and you need more than one session. My face was red and a little swollen for a couple of days, but it wasn't sore.Unfortunately, because of a health condition, I won't be able to update the results as I have just been put on medication where I won't be able to use the pen again for a year.I have high hopes that when I am able to use the Dr Pen again, I will see some results.

Avoid serums with active ingredients like vitamin C.Use a numbing cream - apply a numbing cream with at least 5% lidocaine to the area you'll be microneedling. Leave it on for 20–30 minutes, then remove it and cleanse the area again.Avoid hair removal - don't shave, wax, use chemical hair removal creams, or use electrolysis before microneedling.DO NOT USE IF YOU ARE ON BLOOD THINNING MEDICATION.Avoid anti-inflammatory medications - wait at least three days after taking anti-inflammatory medications before microneedling.Whilst we are in the winter in the UK, if its sunny, protect yourself from sunburn by wearing sunscreen regularly before and after microneedling. Avoid the sun for two weeks after microneedling.And the final things, you will also need some kind of alcoholic wipes clean everything you may touch while using the pen. Search for granulomas online and you will see why.Dont get me wrong, I am not in anyway trying to put you off this, but just be safe than sorry.Now, having only used this the once at the moment and going off everything i read, this is a slow process so dotn expect results in days or yet weeks but ythey are supposed to come over time.You may find you dont need numbing cream all over your face, you will find out what are your most sensitive parts and where you are able to take needles in others.After my first micro-needling, my skin broke was blotchy and red the next day but it does subside quite quickly but just be mindful of what you have planned the following day.The Dr Pen Itself is easy to use and instructions are clear to follow. Im cautiously optomistic for the results over time but please do some research, there are plenty of good how too's on YouTube.Its dissapointing there is not adivce on the images themselves which is why i deducted a star.
