I have a large supplement regimen and always looking for any additional things that may help me feel better overall as I age especially. Have used a lot of nugenix products with good results so decided to try this one. The bottle came sealed, no busted capsules or weird smells, tastes etc so quality was as expected. The benefit that I saw with increased blood flow in general, is in my case it helped with some nerve issues I experience from inflammation. So that did assist in that regard. I don't lift a ton, but do exercise and use bands so increased blood flow can help in that regard as well. Quality supplement if you are looking to aid in those areas potentially.

I had high hopes, but after going through the entire bottle, I'm not noticing any difference. But, I have a high tolerance for drugs in general, so I might not be the best example. ;)

I noticed a good 8 to 10 point lower pressure.Works for me!

I have not seen any positive results from this product. a total waste of money.
