Only used once- but I can assure you that the tea I made was pipping hot (it was hard to drink it and ended up having to waste it in the end- as it hardly cooled)- will probably buy another one soon (diff colour though)

Fantastic. Out of the many travel mugs I've tried, this one has large capacity without being embarrassingly big, great quality (3 layers of insulation) and really nice materials, keeps the drink warm for longest in comparison to others and does not have the plastic taste that some have. Mine doesn't leak at all if you properly "click" the lid. The only think I would improve is the sipping spout. It is really nice and pleasant to drink from but flows a little slow, I personally prefer the coffee shop lid shaped ones and I would love to see a version of that lid for this cup. I love it and I bought a second one.

Great tumbler. It keeps my tea hot all day from around 7:45am until I finish it about 4pm. It is roasting all morning and the afternoon is still hot. Very impressed. The only criticism is that the hole to drink from is a t little bit too small as designed for the straw, which I do not want to use for me tea. Saying that, this could partly be why it stays so hot for so long.
