Good quality
Used this as a gift box for a mountain bike enthusiast to put all the themed items inside. The retiree really thought it was great. Good quality and size.

Measurements are inaccurate
This toolbox is good quality but the measurements are off. The depth is 12 inches. This makes a difference and my husband had to modify how he attached this due to this inaccuracy.

Terrible
The12 inch and 9 inch dimensions are flip flopped , which made it impossible for me to use. I was very angry as I was on a tight schedule and put me in quite a spot and no solution for an important need prior to a 24h road trip , and left me no time to find another solution. . Oh and the changed the delivery date as soon as I ordered as well which made it worse.

Lighter weight aluminum than I expected.
The box arrived quicker than expected, that was nice. The box is plenty strong enough to sit on, but would not hold up to an attempt to break in with a crowbar. The lid must be opened significantly past vertical for it to stay opened. It uses light weight chain to support the lid. Wish it was a gas strut.The key is quite difficult to insert, maybe it just needs some time to be worked in, or maybe it is just cheaply made. But overall it serves my purposes for now.

Cheap
Won't expect it to last long. For the price good for a year. A hail storm or squirrel falling from a tree will dent this thing. If you step on it it's toast. I honestly expected a little better quality but it's just for holding my jumper cables and tow rope on my diesel transfer tank.
