Love this stuff on my 4th bottle you do feel a slight increase to energy levels and overall well-being don't expect this to be like slamming an energy drink as I'm sure some people think that's the type of energy they're going to get when something States it helps Boost energy this is more of a feel-good energy

I do feel better since starting this supplement about 3 months ago.

I do daily mewing and jaw exercises as I realized that as I age my face was becoming more asymmetrical. I have been doing this for months and slowly but steadily my face has been correcting, as expected. I read about how this supplement is something that depletes as you age and also affects the jaw neck shape and elasticity of skin. Well as soon as I started taking it I noticed significant changes every day, my children noticed as did friends. I also have Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (a connective tissue disorder, including super soft and more fragile skin) and I don’t know if this has given me a super bump because I already had another obstacle to overcome. Like I said I do regular daily mouth exercises in tandem and I had really improved my tongue strength and control (refer to mewing exercises). I can roll my tongue without the support of my lips with ease. Try it! It will seem impossible but it’s actually noticeable day by day doing the exercises so it’s pretty quickly rewarded. The sagging jowl profile of old age is totally avoidable! Western society has tongue position all wrong. How do animals in the wild have perfectly spaced teeth? How do indigenous tribes survive without obligatory braces and dental care, yet they all maintain even straight teeth? Imagine no braces in the US and how majority of kids would grow up with misaligned or overcrowded teeth? 2 of my children needed intervention, one with an underbite and one with teeth that were severe in misalignment. Food for thought, as it were!

This is the first time I've tried anything from Toniiq and I am quite excited. One thing unfortunate is one of the bottles had powder all inside and I came across an empty capsule.Edit: The quick response and resolution from this company was incredible.

I am about halfway through my bottle, and my energy levels have increased substantially. My skin feels smoother too.
