My training includes strength, endurance, and cardio intervals, and these gummies really help to boost energy, improve muscle recovery and reduce soreness after exercise.The only thing I don’t love, but this is just personal preference, is the sugar to creatine ratio. Each gummy contains 1 gram of creatine and 2 grams of sugar and 15 calories, which seems a bit high compared to other creatine options. Since I try to be mindful about sugar intake, I’d prefer a formula with less added sugar.

These gummies were hard to swallow. I hate the after taste if them. How can I eat 5 or 6 if them. I push through my work out tho. I highly recommend they change the formula and work in taste especially considering you have to take a lot if them. If you don't care for taste they are pretty good with recovery, I hardly am sore when I take these after my work out
