The media could not be loaded. The seeds grow nice watercress. I am a bit concerned about the price to value though, as I can get 4 oz for $2.59 at the store, and I wonder for almost $18 how much I would really get out of this. I started growing it because all of the supermarkets in my area have been out of it for months. After about 4 weeks it started looking nice - I'll let it go for another month or so!

If there was 5000 seeds in the bag I would have surprised. I've received other orders of 20,000 that were at least 5 times fuller. Not pleased in the least. Now will they germinate and grow a much reduced amount. Too big of a pain to send back. I took a picture before placing the seeds in soil but difficulty posting.

I have never grown watercress before so i wasn't sure what to expect as far as item quantity. There were around 1.5 tablespoons of seeds in the package and i planted 1/4 tsp on an 8x10 seed tray. If this amount turns out to be correct, i'll get 18 plantings out of the package. Will update the review after i confirm the plant density and germination rate.UPDATE 8/13: As expected, the seeds don't go very far. On the sellers site, this quantity is called "packet size" (yes - a normal, small packet of around 500 tiny seeds) and they sell it for five dollars. You can get one or two 10x20 trays of microgreens out of a single packet. The seller is fine, the product is fine, but the inadequate description is problematic. Would be great if they included more details about item quantity, particularly since some customers seem to have gotten a much larger quantity others (based on their comments).

great germination rate up in the 80-90%. the seeds smelled delicious like peppery and fresh. I'm so excited I have my first two batches growing on rocks topped with soil and lots of water.

Seeds are great and so is the product. Watercress is easy to grow, especially in my Aerogarden. I have pod of it and I snip and cook with it.

I was totally surprised at the small size of the package, but the seeds are viable, the plants are growing that i germinated and planted. Seeing as watercress is a plant I don't see anywhere, I am satisfied with my purchase. If you don't expect a big package with a pound of seed in it, and you want WATERCRESS, by all means buy this product. I will purchase again if I run out of plants or suffer some issue that requires more seeds.
