Everything is fine but for me as soon as i opened the package and connected it, i saw it has 70% charge and when i tested it, I found out that the left side of the earbud doesn't work. Is there any way to fix it? Please help..

The media could not be loaded. Product is decent. It connects instantly with last paired device . Good tws touch response. Good sound quality. Decent battery life. The only cons is screen hangs sometime. Fit is very comfortable and there is almost no lag when gaming.

Product is Good and even the features are good. I am Returning it because of the display. While calling if you will touch on case display the call gets disconnected. Other than that the product is good, Sound quality is also good and easy to handle. Noice cancellation is also good.

Easy to usenice basetouch screen useful bt not while on call

For a TWS within this price tag, it’s pretty good. I’ve been using it for the past month and I have a lot of positives, a few negatives and alarming problem.First off, I have been using this for a month. The audio quality is good. Transparency mode and ANC are okay-ish. I would say it’s pretty bad. Nonetheless, I guess for a person who listens to music while working out, walking, etc, it gets the job done.The appearance is pretty good. The case is okay. The touch controls are a little annoying. Bluetooth 5.4 doesn’t show any connectivity problems. Now the real problem is, the fit.As soon as I got it delivered, the fit was awful. Terrible. It popped off in like 6 seconds. I was really annoyed. Thankfully, they provided extra ear tips thingy of different sizes so I got the problem sorted out. Or so I thought.The left earbud’s tip was not REMOVABLE. I gave it EVERYTHING and it won’t BUDGE. The right ear tip came off with no problem and i was able to attach the right size. I seemed to manage this. Until yesterday, when the ear tip of the right ear just popped off. I didn’t handle it rough. I promise. I can’t seem to attach it again. At all.Really good product. Just unacceptably unreliable. I hope my issue gets sorted out too. Thank you!
