StellarProfessional Cooks Knife - Quality Stainless Steel, Razor Sharp Blade, Riveted Full Tang Handle, 21cm/8"

Have been using a set of poor quality knives for years, and got sick of trying to force the knife through food rather than cut. When I bought this Stelllar knife I was amazed at the difference, and how easy it was to cut through food. I have read many reviews and tried to learn some basic knife skills from videos, and find I can use this knife for nearly all food cutting tasks. Good purchase.

This was bought as a replacement for a similar model which has been sharpened to death over the last 20 years!Can't fault it.

Bought to replace my 10 year old knife. Hope this lasts as long.

Lovely knife, really sharp and feels good in the hand.

I can only compare this knife to the few that I've owned and it's the best by far. Nice firm grip, a blade that slices easily through just about anything and holds it's sharpness well. Delivery was great and top marks to the supplier.

Brilliant knife..Light and easy to hold

It was not as large or heavy as I had imagined. Didn't seem to have the weight, but the recipient of my gift is very happy with - he uses all the time and because it is so sharp, he's cut himself 4 times so far!!!

A pretty solid cooks knife for the price. Doesn't retain its sharp edge for as long as the Henckels it replaced, but about a third of the price.... Easily sharpened with a steel. Only downside is that it flares to being thick too quickly and so isn't so useful for intricate work. A very good, but not outstanding, knife. Worth the money.
