Been a big fan Nature Cure for years now and was excited to try this new product Level Off to help lower blood sugar spikes after big meals. This really helped me avoid the ‘crash’ after indulging, and prevented the ‘food coma’ that often makes getting through the afternoon or evening a challenge. Easy to swallow capsules that are tasteless. Level Off is my new go to product to prevent sugar spikes, crashes and to help shed a few pounds before my next beach holiday!

Don't get me wrong - I love the Glucose Goddess, and Glucose Revolution book literally changed my life. While I think the Anti-Spike product is great, I just can't justify $65 per month. This product is the same ingredients, but double the servings and half the price. Honestly, I think it works just as good or better than the brand-name alternative. Helps me keep energy up and cravings under control - game changer.
