This is as advertised! I used black to cover canvas type fabric clubs. There is an odor as some have noted, but it’s paint so to be expected…just open a window or do it on a porch. Coverage is easy and requires no painting skills. I’d say buy more than you’d expect though as I used 9 btls for 2 club chairs.

This worked perfectly. The color I bought was the dark brown which matched my furniture. I would definitely recommend this product.

I needed to paint an area of my camper van where there was a leak from the outside. I plugged the leak and wanted to just paint where the fabric got some water damage instead of just replacing it at the moment. So I used this product and it works great. It is a bit watered down so i used a few coats and it looks great while not looking like its painted. looks more natural with a few light coats rather than trying to boob it all on in one thick coat.

I bought this to repaint a brown ottoman. First of all the brush that’s included does not work at all, I had far more success spreading the paint with my hands. The paint did not spread evenly or nicely, I ended up having to grab a can of spray paint to try and salvage my piece of furniture, because this paint would just spread out in small areas. Do not risk ruining your furniture buying this product, I have a beautiful ottoman that I have pretty much had to trash thanks to using this paint. If I could give zero stars, I would, totally disappointed.

I tried this on some cushions that had gotten sun bleached. Colored the pads to black. Cushions were already pretty shot so ended up throwing away. Otherwise, this is good quality fabric paint. Easy to use, no complaints.

Well made paint. Highly pigmented. Easy to use. Need an area to use it because it can get messy. I used a cheap kiddie pool for larger project!

I have a chair that needs some color touchup on the front. I had not used fabric paint previously so I wanted to do some testing before applying anything to the chair which is in good shape otherwise. I need a beige color but received black paint for review.I set up two pieces of material. The first was from a textured and darkly colorful shirt and the second was a thinner, tight weave, smooth light colored cotton/rayon blend. The paint covered both completely, hiding the original colors. I was surprised at how much paint was required for the more textured material but, with a lot of brushing, I had it evenly applied to the 10” x 10” test area.After drying, the single coat provided complete coverage of the original color. The material was still flexible. I could feel the additional body of the paint on the material samples but both were surprisingly similar to their original feel. And the texture of the first test material was still visible on the new black surface.Note that this is a brush-on product (brush included). I didn’t read closely and was expecting a spray.I liked the results and will now be ordering the beige color for my chair project.

I'm not sure that it's a miracle paint that is portrayed in one of the photos where it turns the chair from red to green AND somehow restores the shape of the cushion, but it does do a pretty good job of coloring the fabric. I kept mine a similar color so it didn't need to have a drastic change.
