Excellent quality
Beginning of lockdown all flour disappeared from shops so I had to find some online. The price per kilo of this flour was (and is) more than what I would normally pay for a supermarket's own brand for example but I had no choice. What I hadn't realized at the time of ordering that the bag would come all the way from Germany - and still it arrived within estimated time frame. I must say that the flour is of excellent quality and is suitable for pasta, pizza, baking, bread... It's very fine flour, feels a bit silky even and so far has worked on everything I have baked. Needless to say it'll also last for quite a long time! :D

Works for English style bread too
I use it with or without added wholemeal to make English-style rolls and loaves, and obviously it is also good for pizza bases. I got it because it was the only flour left early in the pandemic but it seems to be a good strong bread flour with a high protein content.

Good flour
Very good flour. I have made so much bread with it of all sorts. It is very good and I find it made every dough a perfect one.I agree with other customers saying it's good for everything not only pizza.Only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because I paid £4.99 for it which is way above normal price.

Super flour as long as you need the quantity
I bought this around the coronavirus lockdown and baked bread, made cakes and pizza and put on weight! but it is great flour and worked well with so many dishes.
