Great product unless you need parts.
I purchased this wheelchair in August of last year. I have used it almost daily in a number of different locations and situations. It is well engineered and smartly designed so that everything you think you need to do is taken care of.. I purchased it from MedMart. They are a very good and responsive company. HOWEVER, I have explored buying parts for this wheelchair since I am an engineer and can probably maintain it. However, there is no listed set of parts for this wheelchair. I have been trying to get a back up electronic control with cable. Every time I do, it appears that MedMart has to go back to China and the information I get is not consistent. This needs to be fixed. Quoted prices range from reasonable to outrageous.Paul Dragoumis
