Thought I’d try these after all the hype on various internet platforms.The taste is pretty good and easy to chew but unfortunately for me I tried them for five days and my insides turned to water if you get my meaning.Stopped taking them and 24 hrs later everything is back to normal so obviously didn’t agree with me.Unable to provide any kind of feedback regarding supposed benefits.

I was concerned as I have tried a lot of these different natural boosts products .but I could genuinely feel more alert and and the taste was fantastic iam sure towards the end of the day before I was lagging but I seemed to have more energy .It took a few weeks for me to actually feel the difference but I will be continuing to take very good value product

These ashwaganda gummies come in a very nice and sturdy plastic bottle. The bottle is very nicely and securely sealed with a seal. I like to receive my medication and supplements and vitamins sealed due to security and hygiene reasons.The gummies are so cute and small which looks adorable. The taste is very nice just like a strawberry gummy and is not tangy at all, they have a berry taste. I used to buy ashwaganda tablets but never took them because forgot to take them or was just too lazy to get some water and take it. However these gummies are the best thing in the world. I have placed the bottle on my night table and just take it before bed. I have never forgotten to take my supplement anymore because these are so easy to take and tasty at the same time. They are so soft and chewy and smell like a tasty strawberry .Definitely will keep taking them and recommend everyone

These gummies also contain water, pectin, citric acid, sodium citrate, ‘natural’ strawberry fruit powder as colour and flavour, carnaubu, wax, xylitol and maltitol.So although these taste like ‘nice sweets’ I’d have to say that they're predominantly sweets which taste nice and also include ashwagandha, etc. they're easy to consume, no issues there.
