This stuff works great! The bubbling feels cool and refreshing, and it really clears things up. End result is super satisfying—definitely a go-to for congestion relief.

Great product and easy to use nozzle. If you struggle with Arthritis in your hands, this sinus relief can and nozzle is gentle on your hands when you spray. It does not require much strength to press the nozzle.I have be tried others and all of them were difficult to use.This is the best!

Good product. Works just as it should. The carbonation leaves a little tingle inside your nose which is uniquely refreshing, but uniquely odd at the same time. The only problem I have with the product is that the saline continues to drip out of the cap quite a bit after use.

This is different it kind of fizzes in your nose if that makes any sense. But it really done a good job and I think it’s better than the normal sailine. I plan on buying this again.

This stuff works great. When it seems like you're stuffed up for no good reason at all, just a couple of squirts from this, and you'll be set.

I've tried 'em all and here is your winner. The added benefit of an effervescent spray appears to leave the others in the dust. Very pure, refreshing saline solution. Get it !

The spray nozzle broke after one try. If the nozzle was different, it would be great.
