Title: Terrible Product & No Refund from Amazon
I had a really disappointing experience with this purchase. First off, the product arrived defective. It didn’t match the description and didn’t work as promised. I contacted Amazon customer service immediately, expecting a simple return and refund process. However, instead of being helpful, they kept redirecting me between departments, and my request was eventually denied, citing some technicality.It’s frustrating to spend my money on a faulty product and then not even receive a refund. I trusted Amazon's guarantee, but this experience has made me rethink future purchases. If you value customer service and product quality, consider shopping elsewhere.

Windows not pre-installed!!!
Windows not pre-installed in this laptop...which is nowhere stated in black and white(apart from slight mention of it being DOS Laptop). For people not exactly an expert in computers n stuff.... this may come as a surprise when they get the product and it displays the error as posted by others reviewers as well. So, another 1k to get the windows installed..apart from what I had to spend on MS office package.Overall it's a steal purchase at 35k however other options considered..not many will feel this to be a convenient purchase.

The seller is not proper answer. Product is not working and not good. Do not purchase this seller any items. It Ford & damage it. Skim with me. So not good for other. Plz carefull
