Never buying again
The product was faulty and I placed a request for replacement within 2 months of purchase. Since then there have been innumerable emails and phone calls from my side, the faulty recliner was picked up weeks ago and I still have not received the replacement. Just for context, I bought this in September, place required for replacement on November, the faulty recliner was picked up on 25th December and since then I have not received an update. Not even a tracking number. Never buying from GreenSoul again ever! They've gone down in quality and customer service immensely.

Doesn’t stay in the reclined position
Please don’t consider this recliner as it doesn’t stay in the full reclined position. It will apply a force on your back so hard that it will be almost impossible to stay in the full reclined position. In summary it defeats the purpose.Also, their customer service is so pathetic. They’ll ask for all the video proofs and all, but in the end they’ll throw this “can’t do anything about it” attitude. “Hum toh kuch nahi kar sakte ji”. Pathetic!
