Stopped Working Within Days | Dead Customer Support
I bought the Milton Royal X 3 in 1 Electric Sandwich Maker (850W) expecting good quality and a hassle-free experience, but I’m extremely disappointed. The product worked fine for a short while and then suddenly stopped working in the middle of use. No power, no indicators — completely dead.I thought contacting customer care would help since the product comes with a 1-year warranty. But to my surprise, the customer service is practically non-existent. The number printed on the product label doesn't work, and when I call, I’m greeted by an automated bot that keeps me waiting for hours. No human ever picks up, and there’s absolutely no way to get actual support or assistance.I even tried reaching out via email and social media, but I’m still waiting for a response.This has been a frustrating and disappointing experience. A company like Milton should take responsibility for after-sales support, especially when their product fails so quickly. I do not recommend buying this unless you're okay with zero help if something goes wrong.
