Really nice scent, no product build up on the hair, makes hair smooth and shiny and doesn’t have a greasy texture. Really like the new metal packaging.

Smells Great and Works
The conditioner smells great and leaves a subtle but pleasant smell. After leaving on for the recommended 5 minutes and washing off my hair feels soft and healthy once dried.

Great for dry itchy or dandruff scalp
This is an excellent conditioner bought with the shampoo. My sons both suffer if they use SLS products. They get dry and itchy scalps so I only use non SLS products. A little on the expensive side but I like it.

Nice idea to be reusable, but containers dented on delivery, thin metal
I loved the idea of these - strong metal containers /last forever right? But all three I ordered were dented in multiple places and just looked bad. Back to the resuable plastic ones ...

The fragrance and lather are almost decadent, leaving hair smelling & feeling fantastic for days
1st the aluminium packaging was impressive . Very little is needed for Heavenly scented supersoft, healthy hair,which remains beautiful after a number of days.I also like that it's natural and animal test free.Hard to please, but they hit the nail on the head so to speak 👍

Tangling hair badly
Here’s your revised review with the dog shampoo note added:**"Really disappointed with these products. I ordered 7 different ones, including shampoos, conditioners, shower gels, and dog shampoo. While the scents are lovely—very delicate—and the metal bottle version looks impressive with a nice print, that’s where the positives end.The shower gels are extremely drying and not economical; you need to use a lot due to their watery consistency. The shampoos were the worst—my hair has never been so tangled in 40 years! I’ve never had issues with tangling before, but after four washes, my hair remained frizzy and damaged.The dog shampoo feels luxurious and is the best of the bunch, but you still need to use a lot for a proper wash.Overall, these are overpriced products with poor performance, which is disappointing since I was so excited to try them based on the good reviews. Unfortunately, you also can’t return unopened items, and there’s no way to contact the seller. Not happy at all!

After shampooing, apply conditioner to damp hair, work it through to the ends, leave on for 5 minutes, then rinse well with water. In case of eye contact, rinse with clean water immediately.
