I purchased this product as I live entirely off-grid with a portable gas generator, and I needed something to charge my phone when it ran down too low. I wanted to thoroughly test it before writing my review. These are the pros and cons of several weeks of use:Pros:1. Pass-through charging (To my surprise this can be charged via its USB type-c port while charging other items VIA the USB A ports)2: Well, built. (Feels rugged and well made. Doesn't get hot, even while charging or charging my devices)3: Great run time (I was able to charge two laptops via USB type-c from 0% to 100%, a windows tablet and my Samsung Galaxy cell phone and it only dropped the battery from 100% to 30%, with power to spare)4: Charges my Galaxy phone, from 5% t 100% in less than an hour; and my phone does not even have quick charge.5: Long stand-by time. (Had it can sit for days, without losing any stored capacity.Cons:1: The display does not indicated run-time in hours or minutes. Just gives the battery percentage when charging or discharging.2: Only 1 USB type-C port.In conclusion, this is a great product, and I plan to get another one soon, as I have greatly reduced my dependency on my gas generator and my Jackery Explorer, which I got the same time as this item.

Excellent portable charger to bring with you on a weekend trip. We have an upcoming trip to new york and needed something that would get me through flying Spirit and allow me to watch movies there and back. This compact size charger fits easily in my pocket. My last travel charger only had USB ports but now all phones come with USB so this was a much needed upgrade. It takes slightly longer to charge back up but thats fine because i can just leave it overnight to fill back up. It charges my phone quickly which is what I needed

My granddaughters iPad died on us and this literally saved us from a crying toddler. Haha I used this for the first time. Charging speed great, value for money great, size good, durability great and it fits in my purse.

I like this bank for emergency charging cel. Its simple , light, charges fast enough and the price could be better. Happy to have acquire this at only $18

Product is slim and works well. Holds a charge for a long time and charges just about anything. Love the digital battery life display too. For the price I couldn’t recommend it more

I’m super happy with this Portable Charger! The slim design makes it so easy to slide into my pocket, which is rare for power banks with this much capacity. It doesn't feel bulky or weigh me down, which is a huge plus. With 10000mAh, it kept my Galaxy S22 charged up through multiple cycles. The 15W fast charging is great too, and having 4 outputs and 3 inputs gives plenty of options to charge more than one device at a time.

The first day i got the portable battery i was actually fairly happy with it, however when it came time to charge it i plugged it in to several chargers and couldn't get it to start charging, eventually i was just confused why it wasn't working and plugged my phone into the chargers and none of them were working anymore. I didn't realize what was going on exactly until i got to my switch charger that was a known good charger and it stopped working when i plugged it into the battery.TLDR: the battery destroyed every charger i plugged it into to charge and easily cost me more in chargers than what it's worth. Haven't used it since that day because i don't want to destroy any more of my chargers

I was excited for this one , needed something with all connections for traveling . Unfortunately the charge doesn’t last long at all . I have to keep charging it in order to use again .
