Possibly the best purchase I have ever made, The photos do not do it justice, it is smart, easy on the eye, no glare, the light faces upwards, and best of all we reckon it will pay for itself within 12 months energy use, probably a lot earlier. The bulb will last for around 50-100 years, by then our Grandkids will probably be using it. The remote is so easy to use, this is a fantastic product, and uses on the low setting which is perfect for cosy nights in, around 1p a hour, our previous lamp was using around 10p a hour. 6 foot high, it just blends in to our living room, a fantastic product for the price paid, congrats to the company who provide this, buy it.

I needed a quick, not too expensive solution to convert a gloomy temporary rented accommodation I am staying in into a cosy and practical living space (can see what you are doing when you need to).So much lighting is over designed, over priced and under performs but, on paper at least, this looked unpretentious and affordable enough to take a chance.From the moment I opened the box this light has exceeded my, admittedly sceptical. expectation. The build quality is surprisingly good compared to some very expensive equivalents I looked at in stores. There is a discrete elegance about the honest simplicity of the design but best of all it lights the room wonderfully, matching the varying needs of different scenarios – bright when you are active and need to see what you are doing, soft diffused light, dimmed to create a relaxing ambience when you want to chill. The controls are straight forward and direct. You go straight to what you want and the setting is remembered so there is none of that tedious scrolling through a sequence every time you switch it on or off.I am very pleased with it – especially as I bought 2!!

I liked how simple it was to assemble this stand lamp. It has modern design, it’s bright and has a nice temperature of the light. RGB modes are fun to play around with and some of them have smooth animations. My only concern is that there are no buttons on the lamp itself, but you can turn it on/off by using remote or app.

Wonderful lamp, I’m so pleased I bought it! I purchased the white version that has just one up lighter (swivels to point across the room if needed) and the remote with smart capabilities to connect to your Alexa.I’ve noticed people query some things in reviews so I’ll address them. 1: people saying needs two people to put together; absolutely doesn’t, keep the lamp head in the protective polystyrene it comes in and you can very easily brace this on the floor whilst you thread the cable down the tubes and lastly the base.2) people complaining that the cable goes over the base; it doesn’t when put together correctly, in fact the underside of the base has a cut out channel and clip to hold the cable. You must feed the cable in from the top down.3) people complained it doesn’t work with Alexa, not true it does and they probably failed to link the smart life app to their Alexa account, this must be done to give permission to Alexa to connect those devices. My lamp is now set up via Alexa routines to gradually increase brightness of a morning to wake me up and periodically switching on and off at key times.The lamp is exceptionally bright on 100% brightness, I love the adjustable colour modes from a lovely cosy deep orange to a fantastic daylight white. On 1% deep orange it is still enough light to get changed and chill out in the bedroom, some may even use this as a night light.I was super happy with the price also only £40. Highly recommended

We needed a replacement for our Habitat Mother Child uplighter that had served us well, but with that we found we hadnt made much use of the small child light. The OUTON LED has worked really well, with the ability to adjust colours, dim and choose whether to have uplight or downlight on making it very comfortable for whatever we need the light for. At its brightest it lights the whole room really well. Having the remote is very useful as before we relied on an alexa plug that would loosen out of the wall and didnt cover all the options for dimming. Now we can adjust as and when needed.

This is a substantial piece of equipment, not cheaply made and not full of plastic waiting to break. I couldn't believe just how bright the main light actually is when turned up full, it is a lamp that negates the need for me to ever turn on the main lounge lights, when it is at full power it generates more light output than the actual main lights.The RGB LEDs can produce some very nice effects and can completely alter the mood of the room.From what I have seen so far it is easy to control the main light on/off and dimming from the Alexa app, but I have not yet figured out how or if the LEDs can be controlled from Alexa as well. Everything can be controlled and altered from the supplied remote control.Very happy with the purchase, I will be buying a couple more.

Love this light fairly easy to assemble and connected to the app straight away, what I love most about this lamp is it also has the bright light which you can have as a warm glow or a bright cool white which is great for working at my desk, the only downfall is the remote control which is temperamental and doesn't always work which isn't really a problem as I can use the app. So overall a great lamp.

Elegant and unobtrusive. Colour change and dimmable really effective. Remote control a boon. Really good value for the money.
