OMG!! I feel the difference no hot flashes

I did not expect how effective this would be. I have recommended to a number of friends now.

Upon opening this product there was a VERY odd smell. I have taken supplements (with these ingredients) for decades and have never smelled such a thing. It was almost a chemical smell. I hesitated to take it, but decided to give it a try. I woke up very ill with severe vertigo, vomiting, low body temperature, high blood pressure and low heart rate. It was extremely scary. I'm throwing the bottle out because the company doesn't accept returns. Something is fishy here! Whoever made this product doesn't seem to have integrity and I will not buy this brand again. I feel lucky to be alive, that's how drastic the situation was. I almost went to the ER! And mind you, there is nothing in this product (at least that I KNEW of) that I haven't already consumed for years. I was just trying a cheaper brand. Big mistake!!!

I take one right before bed, and while it does relax you, it is not that strong. I still have to take other stuff to get me to sleep, like melatonin, magnesium glycinate, and tea. I take it because the effects on lowering stress are important during these difficult times. Self Care!

Comes with a great combination that helps support adrenals and manage stress. Remember it takes a minimum of 3 months to get a full effect from a supplement. Seems to be quality.

These capsules arrived not good quality. The seal on my bottle looked a bit questionable, it wasn’t all the way sealed but almost. Over half the capsules were cracked and there was powder in the bottle so it made a mess when i opened it. Also not as much information available about the company or this product. I chose not to take these considering the seal wasn’t completely sealed and the capsules were damaged.

I was really hesitant to try these because I am very particular about the brands of supplements that I buy. But I really liked the combination of vitamins and minerals in this product so I thought I would give it a try. I tried doing more research on the company but there was not much information that I could find online about them. One of the most important factors when it comes to choosing a supplement brand is whether or not they do third party testing. Since supplements are not regulated, meaning the claims they make about their ingredients are not verified so they could be putting all types of unknown ingredients into the supplement that may not even include what is listed on the label, it is important that they are tested by a third party to verify their ingredients are what they say they are. The description of this product says they are third party tested but I could not find any actual proof of that online nor do they mention what company does that testing for them. So I was very skeptical of this product. Nonetheless I have been taking it for a few weeks now and I don’t think I really notice a difference in any way. The dosage on the bottle seems quite low so maybe I will try increasing it and see how that goes. Or perhaps I need to take it over a more extended period of time in order to see the effects.
