So far so good
I can see some changes. I noticed I haven't been as hungry as before, I've been eating smaller portions or 1 meal a day. I don't know if I'm doing it right, but it says put it over your navel area and remove after 4 hrs. I've been putting it on just before I go to bed coz that's the only time I remember to put it on, and remove it when I get up in the morning for work.
