The machine itself is fine, nothing really differentiating itself, just another n100 mini PC. What sets this one apart (at least mine) is the REALLY annoying fan. Not only is it loud, its severely unbalanced so it is constantly changing and pulsing. I would look for another brand if I were you.

Had an initial issue where the windows license was not working. I contacted the company and they emailed me a key which worked. However over the last two months I have been experiencing multiple random shutdowns of this system. Upon looking into the event viewer it seems that there is some bad hardware that is causing it. I bought this less than 90 days ago (closer to 60) and Amazon is unable to accept a return or reimburse for this. They told me to contact the company and then sent a link to the product page. It is ridiculous to buy a computer and have no support less than 3 months after purchase. Will never buy from this company again.

I got this device to have it dual boot, but mainly using it to connect my older printers and creating a print server and internal file server and no issues so far. After a few back and forth e-mails we got the licensing issue resolved and updates are all going through smoothly. Will definitely keep an eye out for a second one when I decide to do a dedicated media server.

The unit itself is quick and small so it’s easy to hide. Has a few usb ports to connect any devices you want to use and has DisplayPort which makes it adaptable to newer monitors

I can't use this because it wants the activation card number, which is not included. Plus it kept saying my Microsoft password was wrong. Now I have spam from my bank supposedly about a false charge. Trying to reset windows but I may have to return it. Eventually I did checking on the internet to find the activation number and activate it. Not everyone is going to work to fix an issue like an activation error. It was a nice machine but more of a work device.

Don't BUY supposed to have windows 11 pro and no activation code wanted me to buy windows license. BEWARE!!! Stay clear of this seller and computer

Locks up constantly, have to reboot it. Suuuuuuper slow doing anything.. it's just total garbage. Don't waste your money.
